This year my husband Mike and I celebrate 25 years of marriage.  We wanted to commemorate our special day with an anniversary band.  Together we shopped chain stores searching for just the right piece.  What we found was the same old thing.  One evening I Googled “handcrafted jewelry in Grand Rapids, Michigan” and landed squarely on Craft-Revival’s home page.  What excited us is that it was a family owned business whose passion and purpose is to create jewelry uniquely designed for each individual.  Craft-Revival is conveniently located right across the street from Hop Cat and Grand Rapids Brewing Company in historic downtown Grand Rapids, which helps make the experience a fun romantic event.  As you prepare to walk through the entryway of the store, you can’t help but feel as if you are about to pass in to a place of old world craftsmanship and quality.  We came prepared with ideas and examples of rings that appealed to us.  It was important that Emily & Jason incorporate the gems we liked while at the same time design a style and setting that would be able to withstand everyday wear.  Emily & Jason were wonderful to work with making each step of the way a positive experience.  From conception & design through product completion, Emily & Jason maintained excellent communication with a happy disposition which made the experience fun and memorable.

I've already recommended them to a friend. Craft-Revival helped my fiance and I design my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. We are very happy with the results. We came in with only a vague idea of what we wanted and Roxanne, Brandon, and Jayson helped us select the perfect stones and create a style of our own. Craft-Revival is family operated and everyone is really easy to talk to.

Roxanne and Brandon made our search for a unique engagement ring EASY. Salespeople at other stores couldn’t (or wouldn’t) understand that we were looking for something out of the ordinary, but Roxanne heard us loud and clear. Plus, she is just an interesting, caring person to talk to! We knew we were in the right place when we saw all of the raw gemstones around the showroom—they truly have an appreciation for mother nature’s ability to produce beautiful stones, and they know how to enhance that beauty within wearable pieces of art. Beyond that, they knew that we lived out of town and worked to finish sizing our ring that same day. Excellent service. These are real pros!

My fiance and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Craft-Revival. The customer service has been excellent from the start of the shopping process through purchasing a custom engagement ring. The ring is beautiful! We'll be making a return visit to shop for a wedding band soon.

Jayson and Roxanne are AMAZING to work with! Loved working with them customizing my engagement ring, they worked hard until we got it perfect! Then helped with customizing the band to fit just right with the ring! And all for a great price! Can't recommend them enough!
