I used to go here for most of my stuff when I lived on the side of town but usually go to a place in Holland now. I had gotten a watch I had been wanting for a while for Christmas, a Invicta Speedway. Looks like a ripoff of a Rolex Daytona minus the price tag. I walked into the store and it took a good minute for the staff to help me. I only needed the band resized a link or two. Once I was being helped the older gentleman told me that they are pretty much junk and a pain to work on and he didnt know if he had the time. My pride a little hurt I explained to him that I called before had and that the lady over the phone said that it wouldnt take but a few minutes and I couls wait in store while it was done. The guy kinda huffed a bit and took it back to his bench a few feet away. They man returned and it was still a bit loose the first time so he took it back once again making it fit better the next time around. 

He then rang me up after and sent me on my way. Just didnt like his attitude towards my watch. I underatand its not a Rolex but it was a present from my wife and means a lot to me. Such comment could have been not said as for all he knows it could have been a watch from my dead grandfather. I think in the future I will stick with my place in Holland I usually go.

My wife brought her engagement ring here because the main diamond was loose. It took about a week to get it back and upon getting home and looking closely at the ring, we found that the main diamond is now crooked and the prongs are pretty messed up. It's a white gold ring, and a lot of the rhodium has been rubbed off and two of the prongs have large defects in them now.

Update: I went back to the store a couple days later and to their credit, they gave me a refund and offered to fix the rhodium. They wouldn't, however, accept responsibility for the crooked stone or the damaged prongs.
