I dealt directly with David, the owner. His transparency in pricing was second to none. He immediately won my trust and my business. He made my purchase experience absolutely incredible. I was purchasing diamond earrings and had already gone to 3 other stores who were much higher priced for the same or less quality of stones. He hand delivered the earrings to my home after hours one night to be sure I had them prior to a hospitalization he knew I was going in for the next day. Such amazing service. Customer for life!!!

For anyone looking for the white glove service through the engagement ring process, look no further.  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Preusser Jewelers.  I recently purchased an engagement ring from them and my fiancee and I are very pleased.  I spoke and met with many different jewelers before being put in touch with Preusser.  They are incredibly honest and transparent and will not try to sell you into anything at an unfair price.  The two people I worked with were very helpful and responsive, making the process very easy.  Thank you!!!

I needed jewelry appraised for liquidation of an estate.  Preusser Jewelers came highly recommended by a colleague and I am glad I made the drive to GR.  Super kind, explained everything to me in a way I could understand.  I felt like it was an honest transaction and wow....what beautiful pieces of jewelry they had to offer.

Preusser Jewelers is by far my favorite jewelry store in Grand Rapids. My husband and I worked personally with Dave Kammeraad to design my 30th wedding anniversary ring, and a special 60th birthday present ring this year with 3 stones to commemorate my triplets. Not only is the diamond selection gorgeous, but Dave personally worked with us to design custom settings to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces. These rings mean so much to me. They represent so many special memories in my life. We thank Dave and his entire team for helping us create these breathtaking pieces of jewelry.

I have been going to Preusser Jewelers for years and would not go to anyone else.  There staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  I recommend them to all my friends who have also been extremely pleased with the quality of service they offered.
