It's wonderful to walk into a local establishment and have them know your name, but even if they didn't, you would get greeted with a friendly Hello! You can count on Craig's to be treated with respect and integrity. I take my jewelry there for repairs and I love to shop for the newest, trending baubles! Thank you Craig's Fine Jewelry! "Rock" on!

I probably shop at Craig's Jewelry store about twice a year to get a watch battery or a gift for a friend or relative. Yet, every time I always find something lovely for myself, too. It is a wonderful family owned business with kind and helpful sales associates. Laura is simply THE BEST ! She not only meets your shopping needs but she takes the time to show you around the store and introduces you to all the new items if you have a few spare minutes. She has exquisite taste and is extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry industry as well as fashion. Her suggestions are always spot on. It is always a pleasure to deal with Laura and the entire staff at Craig's. They are First Class in every regard ! Fondly, Dr. D.

Craig’s Fine Jewelry in Ridgefield, CT has always been our go-to jeweler. They have a wonderful selection of gifts and beautiful jewelry. They always handle repairs with the utmost care and advice. From small purchases, like a watch battery or band, to large purchases like a diamond ring, they are helpful and very professional.

When you but at Craig's you are not only getting a fair price, but you are assured that what you buy is guaranteed. Trust is a given at Craig's. Billy Craig is a wonderful jeweler...the staff is great and most important knowledgeable about gemstones and diamonds. I have been a Craig's customer for at least 30 years.

Did an excellent job replacing a battery in a watch which a prominent watch store in NYC said could not be repaired.
