I purchased a beautiful Tiffany & Co. estate piece and my Client Advisor was Armand.  Mind you this was all completed over the phone.  The bracelet was everything you would expect and beyond.  The attention to detail with the presentation was as if I purchased from the store.  Armand emitted a personal warmth approach even  With such a pricey purchase, Armand emitted a personal warmth approach over the phone and answered all my question.  Thank you so much for the great experience Armand.   I would recommend this company to everyone.

Friendly and engaging staff! Great service. They accommodated changing my watchband out the same day, during the Holiday Season (when they were very busy!). Thanks Nagi's!

The best service around, I purchased a vintage Tiffany estate engagement ring for my wife. Donna went above and beyond in getting us exactly what we wanted, sized in a matter of a few minutes and pricing was excellent. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Nagi!

WOW!!  I bought a pair of David Yurman earrings from Nagi Jewelers and I'm so delighted with the experience - especially Armand.  I agree with all the very enthusiastic positive feedback reported by other customers.  The transaction was handled very professionally, the earrings were presented very elegantly. and I will definitely be a return customer.  Thanks so much!!!
