I absolutely LOVE Michaels Jewlers! My husband and I come back here every year to purchase a piece of jewlry for our anniversary. BEST selection and BEST quality! Worth every penny. They always find us items that really fit our style and budget. We always had AMAZING service. The last couple of times we had sales  associate named Nancy and she has been wonderful, but I could honestly say that everyone has always been so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding anniversary so special!

Donna Snow was my point of contact and she was the reason why I chose to purchase jewelry  from Michael’s. I have been a customer (on and off) for about 20 years. 

When it came time to pursue this transaction, I went to Michael’s and my wife wanted me to talk to one of the National jeweler’s, which she had contacted. 

The experience with Donna was head and shoulders above the larger retail chain. I trust Donna and she went out of her way to accommodate our schedules by driving to meet my wife in Waterbury, CT and on another occasion she drove an hour and a half to our home to show us our options. This was above and beyond my expectations, but due to our schedules, this transaction would not have happen if it were for Donna’ understanding of our situation and her willingness to be flexible and go the extra mile to accommodate the customer. 

All in all, we are super happy with our decision to buy from Michael’s Jewelers. 

Thank you to Donna and to Michael’s for caring about their customers!

Heather is great!  She knew the item we were contemplating well, and provided valuable input towards our final purchase, within our budget. We will return to Michaels Danbury for future purchases.

Excellent business as always. Great thanks to Tim! Assisted me to purchase my fiancé engagement ring and 4 years later the wedding bands on a random day he was sent to work at the Danbury location. Overall, great and satisfied with everything! Thank you

I love Michael’s Jewelers. I know that I’m getting top quality from a trusted jeweler. Nancy Seeman is a doll. She’s knowledgeable and always makes shopping at Michael’s a great experience.
