DISHONEST, RACIST, AND RUDE INSURANCE COMPANY. I was young and 20 years old, just got my license. Told the lady I wanted the most minimum liability insurance since I could not afford much and she said yes, she would do that. Ended up switching to Geico 4 years later and noticed that she did not put me on basic liability insurance. I was overpaying for 4 years when I could have used the extra money to add to my college fund so I could go back to school. Everyone I knew always told me my car insurance was too high, I had a reliable and paid off car and never got a single ticket and was still paying $150 a month because this company deceived me and put me on a higher rate car insurance plan. When I switched to Geico it was only $50. When I confronted State Farm in Dover, I spoke with the owner Craig Stix and he was EXTREMELY rude to me. I told him the lady who set up my insurance was dishonest and I ended up paying $100 extra a month for 4 years and he said ,"Good, I would never let someone like you drive with just liability. I have kids, what if you hit them?" I am a straight A student at Rutgers and have never had a single ticket in my whole life. The way he said "someone like you" was most likely referring to the fact that I am not white. Do not give this company your business, switch to Geico or Progressive or even another State Farm insurance company, but not this one. They do not deserve anyone's business. Also, check the 2 "Craig Stix" and "Shannon Stix" reviews. He made 3 google accounts and left three 5 star reviews for his own insurance company. Just shows this guy's morals - even gaming the google review system after he got a few truthful 1 stars

i have been with them for years and i absolutely love them! they are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that i have. i have only been to the office a handful of times but every time i go they ask how my children are doing and check to make sure i'm still getting the best rates possible which i am grateful for! i couldn't ask for a better insurance company!!!

Bad experience with customer service, specially the representative that speaks spanish, several times i have needed help and every time she has been socializing and having conversations that are not appropiate to have specially when other customers are around and dont you dare asking for help in the middle of her conversations. when i try to speak to someone else about it they defended her saying thats their policy have that intimacy with their customers one thing is to make them feel comfortable another is not have an ounce of professionalism. very dissapointed to see people that work in customer service act like that to the people that know have no other choice than to go to them. horrible horrible
