Best experience from an insurance company. I had the pleasure of working with Yazmin. I’m very thankful for her promptness in returning my calls, her expertise and patience throughout the whole claim process. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the best coverage in car and renters insurance. I recommend her and the ladies in the office to anyone in need of insurance services!

Since being a State Farm customer for the last ten years, I have never been more impressed with staff at this office.  Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of the representative’s,  I interacted with, but at all times they remained, professional, courteous and most importantly respectful. When unable to answer, they would immediately place me hold to secure an answer.  Yazmin comes to mind. A few days ago i contacted the State Farm about a concern as it pertains to an Ez Pass ticket  issued to my vehicle from NY.  I texted Yazmin with my concerns, within 24 hour's, she  texted me back and indicated she received my communication and that my request had been honored. Best experience ever ! Jazmin was so helpful in explaining policies, discounts and how everything worked. I hate change but she made this a smooth transition.
