I was very disappointed in the Cramers Furniture store. I picked out a mattress there about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I paid up front for it and was told it'll probably get there by Wednesday and that they would call.

That week came and went and then another week came and went, so I finally called them last Friday and said what's happening with my mattress set?

The guy in the phone apologized and said my name must've been left off of the call people list. I was a little annoyed, I had already gotten rid of the old mattress over a week ago I was sleeping in the guestroom. He offered me free delivery. I said thank you.

The delivery guy called, but I was going to be at work on their delivery days. The next day I had off is Monday, today. He told me that he doesn't do any delivery runs on Monday. So I decided I would just go and pick it up today. I have a pick up truck.

So I went by today at around 10 AM, and I said I need to pick up my mattress set. The fellow at the front counter was busy and said I'm sorry there are like 12 people ahead of you so you'll have to wait.

 I told him I've waited three weeks for this and I want my mattress now. I had to get kind of pushy with them.

I had previously bought items at Shaws furniture and found their service excellent and will never return to Cramers.

The worker was great to work with.  He didn't pressure me at all
  He showed me other fire place tv stands so I could choose from a variety.

Bought a couch and it arrived a week earlier than anticipated! Communication was solid and we were even able to schedule a better delivery time, got to get the couch and go on vacation happy.

I have bought many pieces from Cramers and have had good service. Shane and Dj have both helped me and have been extremely helpful
