Believe it or not, I actually enjoy going in to the TCC store to pay by bill. The TCC Team goes out of their way to great every customer promptly. They are all very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly! They have gone out of their way to assist me with bill inquiries, local fundraising events, defective claims, product information and pricing, and plan details. The Team at TCC continually goes above and beyond and exceeds others in customer satisfaction! These guys, and gal, get to know their customers on a personal level. They fit in perfectly in the small town of Ellensburg where old fashioned hospitality is still alive. There accumulative youthful, upbeat energy is just one reason I love this team! They're proactive with their community and even reach out to offer volunteer hours to local nonprofit groups. I just can't say enough about these guys... And gal!

Very friendly, cheerful staff, Shannon went out of her way to help me and make sure that my business account was setup and updated correctly. She was personal yet professional, explaining all my options to me clearly so I was able understand them. Though the store gets busy, the staff does not rush their customer service. Knowing that I am not just a phone number to them makes them truly stand out!

Shannon was helpful and friendly. She scheduled an appointment for me when the phone I wanted launched. This store is almost always busy, but the staff never fails to give great customer service. You may wait, but you will get the same patient attention and problem-solving service when it's your turn!

Every time I've had an issue with my phone or a question with regards to my plan or phone service, they've done a great job of giving me the answers I need. All around great staff! My only downside is the wait time. If you're in a rush, don't plan on getting in and out fast
