Went 1x and have no plans of returning.  The guy who prepared the food was very nice and professional.  My cousin and I ordered a bagel w/ egg (nothing else on it) and the ppl who rang us up were standing there when we ordered but tried to charge us for extras.  I had to correct them TWICE on the prices AND on how to charge sales tax.  I don't think it was a "mistake." When we opened the foil, we noticed that ketchup was put on our sandwiches! We didn't ask for that and what if we had tomato allergies?!?  Wasn't happy about that.  The whole experience put a bad taste in our mouths (the bagel and egg weren't all that great either especially after being assaulted w/ ketchup).  Too bad b/c that place has so much potential.

Everyone here is so friendly! The bagels are the absolute best! Ever had a Flagel before? TRY IT! I am so happy i found this little gem in downtown Cranbury!

Great service, everything is fresh, and the store is clean. Having read the negative review I'm thinking this person's experience was caused by the busy morning rush and a simple ketchup mistake. If the person said something I'm sure they would have had it redone for them.The direct accusation of overcharging is strange. Consider that these folks are here for the long run and improper business practices would sink them fast. I'm a long time customer now and have always experienced exemplary service and btw their stuffed peppers are outstanding.
