I usually come here once a week for the spinach/garlic bagel because no one in our area makes them. I haven't been here in awhile because I've been travelling for work. Stopped in today and there has to be a new owner. There were 3 guys behind the deli counter and two women working behind the grill. They had 4 choices of bagels, at 8:20a (4 choices!! It's a bagel shop!) I was not greeted by any of the men behind the counter. They stood there chatting with each other and could have cared less that someone was waiting for service. I stood there for approx 4 mins waiting for someone to greet/help me. Horrible customer service. I don't think people realize that I am there ready and willing to give you my money, yet you can't greet someone when they walk through the door? I'll take my business elsewhere.

As far as the bagel was concerned, it had zero flavor. My cinnamon raisin bagel was dry, burnt, and not edible. Eat at your own risk.

Live right across the street and came in frequently for years. Ever since the change in management the quality has dropped drastically. Orders come out slow and wrong, the bagels aren't nearly as good as they once were. 

The staff that was once cheery and on top of things are now miserable. It is hard to blame them because these new owners seem absolutely insufferable and unable to run this restaurant. When they are not there, it functions much better. It has been very upsetting to see the new management burnout their employees and take one of my favorite eating establishments down with it. 

Sadly I do not see myself returning in the future and I'd advise you take you business elsewhere

I was really trying to give this place a shot as it recently changed ownership. There is no consistency in their bagels, they rarely have all the flavors. The bagels from the prior owner were on point. However it has not translated to the new owner. I had one sandwich there and it was decent but the deli and grill on the other end makes a better one and uses boars head. I will wait to see if there is any progress in the bagels and update my review as needed.

This place used to be my favorite bagel place. I would go there every Saturday. They changed owners and now their food is disgusting and they constantly get the orders wrong. I went several times after they changed owners so it wasn't a fluke. The bagels are hard as rocks and I went early in the morning when it should have been fresh baked. I got a bagel and gave a small piece to my dog who wouldn't eat it. My dog eats cat poop but won't eat a bagel from this place. I am so disappointed, I used to love this place.
