In 2014 I was hit by a car while commuting on my bicycle to work. The collision, for which the driver ultimately accepted liability, resulted in a serious back injury that left me disabled for over a year. I turned to Mark Flores for guidance and quickly realized he was there to help. Out of work and in pain, I relied on Mark to advocate for my best interests and to manage all of the legal matters in my case. This made it possible for me to focus on preparing for surgery and getting well. Over the course of the year, Mark was able to help me in suggesting helpful alternatives to help pay for mandatory expenses such as; co-pays and medical bills and living expenses as I was unable to provide them myself while out of work. 

Throughout my case, Mark and his staff have bent over backwards to accommodate my special needs in a very timely manner.  From day one he has guided me step-by-step, helping me identify appropriate medical expertise and helping to communicate with physicians throughout it all.

Although Mark is a busy man, he always found the time to answer all my questions and provided clarification when needed. I was completely out of my depth in the legal arena but Mark never made me feel naive. He always treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect.

I deeply appreciate all he has done for me, and I can recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs legal guidance.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I was very inclined to do this for Mark Flores. My mom and I got in a car accident with two cars that was not the fault of us. My mother was injured in the accident and had to go to the hospital and my car was totaled. I knew I had to get a personal injury lawyer, yet I never had to find one before. I took my chances searching the web and found Mark Flores. I looked at his reviews and decided I would work with him. That was the best decision I made. My friends told me to watch out for lawyers because they are out for themselves and they will take as much as they can get from you. Let me tell you Mark is NOT this kind of lawyer. He is amazing and helped us get through a difficult time and we were completely compensated for our situation. He is defiantly the best personal injury lawyer you can get and you can feel you are in good hands with his firm. I would recommend him to anyone.

When I was hit head on by a drunk driver I went to the E.R. and the drunk went to jail. A friend told me about Mark Flores. He handled my case in a most professional manner, his calm and even demeanor yet firm determination in dealing with the insurance companies attorney resulted in my getting a fair and substantial settlement. His substantial experience and attention to details was invaluable. Way to go, Mark! I would recommend him to anyone having suffered a personal injury.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Flores for anyone in need of a personal injury attourney. Mark is competent, professional and (surprisingingly these days) seems to genuinely care about getting his clients a good settlement.
I was seriously injured by a negligent driver as a pedestrian through no fault of my own, I experienced a long and painful recovery process and a complex and extended settlement process, Mark did everything he could to make these processes easier. He was also very conscientious about returning calls/emails in a timely fashion.
