This used to be one of my favorite stops, but over the last year or so service from the kitchen has been dreadfully slow. Tonight was the third time in a row over the last few months food was slow and COLD. Service seems to take longer with each visit and tonight waited almost 20 minutes for a beer in a rather empty, brewery side of the restaurant. I've been here dozens of times over the last 10 years and tonight I decided I will not bring friends and family to dine here anymore. The beer is good and VERY consistent in taste from one visit to the next. The dark beers unfortunately have gone overly sweet and chocolaty for my taste, almost dessert beers, but the coconut porter is one of my wife's favorites. I hope they get back to the level they were a few years ago as they have a great menu and when their food is hot it's delicious, but I feel the management and staff seems to have lost their focus.

I've been a customer for years. Food is good, but there's high turnover in the wait staff, they frequently get the order wrong and they ALWAYS forget something on carry out orders, often multiple things. They're also not very good at handling these customer service opportunities. Here's a pro tip, customers don't want excuses and attitude; they want, "I'm sorry, I'll make it right." Politely reporting the issue, over and over again, has not resulted in any improvement.

This place doesn't deserve a star. It was the worst food I have ever eaten. The onion rings were dripping in grease. The brisket was bland and covered in unappealing BBQ sauce. The meat resembled a Banquet frozen dinner. The "house smoke" was unrecognizable. The pulled chicken tasted like it was cooked a day or two prior and reheated. It was also swimming in awful sauce. The red skin mashed potatoes tasted as if they were mixed with instant potatoes served on a dish I wouldn't serve my dog (see photo). The mac and cheese was bruleed too far and had a hint of imitation butter. The salad was full of brown lettuce. The sweet potato fries were the only redeeming thing. The empty parking lot should have been a red flag. The waitress failed to refill drinks. The table squeaked and was sticky. The bill was dropped and waitress disappeared. I finally walked my payment to the cash register. Two waitresses passed me talking and laughing at the service station ignoring me, while the other guests watched. Terrible experience!

It was OK. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. The chili dogs kind of reminded me of something out of a can. I was disappointed. The service was good, it just doesn't overcome the lackluster food.

Amazing food, Great service, less expensive than some other places in Big Rapids 10/10 would eat again. Their burgers and Hot Dogs I feel are their area of expertise, well Sandwiches in general. Their other stuff is just plain good though. Only thing I don't care for are their lager rings but that is because I'm not a fan of super greasy food.
