The worst Wendy’s in the galaxy.  Just be aware that if you buy a frosty, you would expect to get a very cold and frosted treat. However, you get a very melted runny soupy something that looks like milk. Don’t waste your time and go to McDonald’s or Burger King. I’ve tried telling them many times that it is watery and warm however they do not change it. The worst!

A friends and I went here on a whim.  The tables were dirty, the service was slow and the girl behind the counter messed up my friend's order.  It used to be nice, not anymore.  It was on a weeknight and there were only a few people in the restaurant.   Now I understand why.

We were third in line and sat in the drive thru for 35 mins.. I dont reccomend going when night shift is on.

I've always had good service at the Big Rapids location. This time however, not so much!! I have never waited so long for my order. Not to mention the lady waiting behind me. No one even came to take her order. One young girl kept walking up and looking at the computer in front of the lady that was waiting. She would make a disgust sound and fall up against the wall. It was apparent she was checking the time until she could clock out. Every time she'd walk up there the lady thought she had come to take her order but did that same noise, fell against the wall dramatically and walked away. I almost said "Listen, if you hate being here so badly, just punch out and leave! You aren't doing anything anyway!!"
Bottom of the pot chili was SO THICK, it was not enjoyable at all.
I will not let one bad visit ruin my overall view of Wendy's. I LOVE the chili, just not today's chili.

Great sandwiches but I don't care for the fries. The older style fries were better.
