Stopped by public storage Danvers after visiting 2 other storage locations. We were looking for a unit to fit a 4-5 bedroom house but were unable to view any large units at other facilities for no known reason even though they were available. We were pleasantly surprised at how kind and accommodating Kelly was at the front desk. She immediately began to help from the second we walked in and was happy to show us 3 available units. She asked us all the right questions about what we needed for size and took the time to list items for the space we would use.  I could have waited a couple weeks to rent but Kelly just made it feel right so we rented a 10 x 30 on the spot. I am in charge of a medium size business and know it is uncommon to find excellent employees. She is a valuable asset to this location and company. Thanks again!

Kelly assisted me in the process of renting a storage unit. She provided me with absolutely excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place and staff.

I went to a few different locations to find out more information and prices. I only have a few items that need to be in storage, one of them, being a good size couch. I decided that this location was best suited for me. Not only was the manager Kelly extremely courteous and friendly, she took the time to help me figure out the best sized unit that suited my needs. Other places where not as helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Great customer service, and extremely clean. I feel my belongings are safe and secure here. Thanks again public storage danvers!!!

This facility always clean secure and the manager Kelly always has the willingness to to help me with inquires and payments as well as packing supplies. I highly recommend this place

I worked with Pamela in Danvers today and she was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything I needed to know was answered and I will definitely be returning soon!
