Disgusting customer service, I ordered a $9 salad which was supposed to include lettuce, grape tomatoes, croutons and parmesan cheese. I got lettuce and croutons. I called and they refused to send the tomatoes or give me a refund! After arguing with the owner of the store he told me I'm crazy and making a big deal out of nothing when I spent $9 for lettuce and croutons, wow! and this is besides the fact that they never gave dressing for another salad my friend ordered and previously didn't give dressing too. Never ordering again I've ordered from many places for lunch and when they miss something in the order they are always reasonable and make the customer feel valued. A disgusting excuse for a Jew to be this way forget about the business. In response to your response. We asked twice for the tomatoes you never offered "to send them over" you refused to send them over because it would cost him to much for a cab. Um there was no dressing mixed in to my salad let alone any of my coworkers. To assume a customer wants a free salad is just low. When someone orders an $11 salad and description says romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes and parmesean cheese and I receive lettuce and croutons I'm sorry but thats not a salad. Weather I wanted parmesean cheese or not is regardless. You list grape tomatoes a customer should get them, and your credit? We never received a credit so your outright lying. Please post a photo I would love to see where you gave us a your $2 credit.

Its so-so. Their mayo free tuna and salad is nothing spectacular or anything. Just easier than putting the ingredients together yourself. Ask for the price of menu items. Their 5 dollar small soup actually costs closer to 6.30 for example.

Good food, good menu options. Overly pricey with just okay portion sizes. very good snack options with plenty of healthy options. does not make bread in store, uses packaged bread... leaft what to be desired
