Steve, our initial contact, was very helpful and informative. He took his time when he visited our home and answered all our questions and provided clear information about next steps and costs. Dave, Jose, Pablo, and Kenneth were the installers and they did a terrific job in our very low crawlspace. Dave was also very informative. He explained what they were going to do, how long it should take, and explained how to use all of the equipment that they installed. I highly recommend Crawlspace Concepts.
Steve Jeremias was our initial contact, and he did a thorough job with assessing our crawlspace needs and issues. The quote was fair and reasonable. The team that came and completed the partial encapsulation were incredibly professional, gifted, skilled, and thorough. The custom-made crawlspace doors are amazing. The diligence and efficiency with which this team operated was impeccable. The percentage of moisture in the crawlspace of our home was above 80%. In some places, we had standing water and the insulation was saturated. As of today, the hygrometer is reading anywhere between 57%-59% and still going down. The atmosphere inside our home has changed and there is noticeable change in the air quality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crawlspace Concepts for your crawlspace needs. They know what they're doing!

Scott and his team are so professional and provided the best service. Dale was kind and so helpful on site explaining and showing me everything. The entire team was knowledgeable, fast and thorough, efficient and affordable. Scott didn’t try to try to get us to purchase anything we didn’t need and helped us remain within our budget while taking care of the main issues, and provided direction for next steps. 10/10 recommend!! This is a great company! When we first moved here, I was noticing mildew on the ceilings and some furniture. I was horrified! Crawlspace Concepts encapsulated the crawl space, installed a dehumidifier and solved the problem! They are efficient, professional and always prompt! Thank you, Scott and your team of experts!!
What a great local business to do a seal or encapsulation on your crawl space. I received a few quotes and they came in at a great price. Two weeks later we started some remodel work on the house and have had several contractors go into the crawl space and all have said the encapsulation was done correctly, professionally, and looked beautiful. Those comments from 4-5 professionals in general contracting solidified my confidence in the decision I made to hire this company.
If you have foundation problems, this the company you want to call. My mother's 50 year old home needed quite a few issues repaired...supports needed, joists repaired, old junk cleaned out, crawlspace door repair and vent repair. This team did it all and even while I needed to be out of town, Dave called daily to keep me in the loop of their progress. Then he sent photos. I could not have imagined how good everything looked. We opted for encapsulation along with foundation repairs. Their price was very fair and their work went above and beyond what was expected. Dave even made a trip to replace a few broken outer vents to make our home look great again. From the moment Scott and Dave showed up to estimate the damage I felt cared for and convinced the work would be perfectly done...and it was.
