Magic Windows is hands down the best home improvement company I've worked with ! The fiberglass Windows I had installed are STUNNING. Before i had them replaced, i would feel air coming from them even when they were shut! Not to mention could feel my money flying right out the window from all the AC/HEAT I lost each month. They needed replacement. A very polite, respectful sales rep for magic came out and showed me samples of their window options, presented me a price on how much the cost would be to replace and answered any questions i had very well! I'm super happy with my fiberglass Windows and will definitely be coming to them when I get my roof replaced. Highly recommended !

We have had both windows and, most recently, vinyl trim and gutter work done by Majic Window. The salesperson was very thorough and worked with us to ensure the price and timing would fit our needs. The work was done efficiently, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after several days of work. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well as the maintenance-free and attractive result of covering all our exposed wood trim with vinyl/aluminum. 

It is a great feeling to look at our 27-year-old home which now looks almost new with the trim. And best of all...no more painting!!

Gary K. and Keith B. with Majic did a fantastic job with the high quality flooring replacements of the entire first floor (both carpet and hard flooring) and installing a new, durable and good looking hard flooring in my full unfinished basement.  They took care with every detail of the work to make certain I was satisfied with the results.  This included extra screws in the floors to reduce squeaks and trimming of the interior doors to swing over the new, higher quality carpeting.  Other Majic partners sprayed in additional roof insulation which has further improved my home.  I fully recommend Majic for any home improvement!  Tayler Adams was my Sales Lead from the start. He and his partner Katie in the office did a great job satisfying every request I had and went further than I hoped to make my home a lot better.

The initial installation went great and we love the new windows, but we've been very disappointed with the service.  The fiberglass windows are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee, but I have found that it doesn't cover everything and it's incredibly hard to get ahold of their service department.  Don't bother leaving a voicemail - they never return calls.
Update (7/30/17) - I called a different Majic Window number and was able to get the problem resolved fairly quickly.  I am happy with the fixes..  - I am updating to four stars, with the caveat that they really need to address the responsiveness of their customer service.

A lady came by to ask if we'd like to have someone come by for an estimate on windows.  We said yes because our house has single pane. The lady was nice and we got an appt the next day.  The representative that came over was a sales MANAGER. He was so unprofessional. I get that he works off commission but the prices were very high and it wasn't a decision we could make off the spot.   It started out at over 20 grand. He was working with us but it still came out to 14,000. Its a good chunk of money and we just wanted to think about it.  We also wanted to research it because we had never heard of fiberglass windows.  We were also told the quote was good for a year by the lady. Fair enough? Apparently not!  This manager acted like we had to buy today or else pay the highest price.  He told us if we don't sign today someone else would come out there, and give us another quote. We kindly said we need just about a day or two to think about it because it was so much.  He jetted off in a hurry.  Barely shook my hand and refused my husband's shake. A week later we get the check up call on how things went. We told the guy what happened. He said I'm sorry to hear.  We said we probably won't go with their company and the guy just HUNG UP! How the heck are you supposed to get good word about your company if that's how you treat people? I'll never recommend them.  We called Hansen's 10 times better and we weren't pressured to buy them that day.
