Valentine’s Day order botched. Ordered flowers to a business, by 5pm flowers never arrived. Girl answering phones was not only rude but incompetent. First time I called for eta she was rude and said there was nothing she could do. Second time I called for eta was left on hold for 10 minutes and eventually they hung up. Last time I called to cancel my order I was told if the order was on the truck the order could not be canceled. 

If you are a florist, and you have orders going to a business that are not on the truck by 4:30pm, it’s time to close your incompetent business. People don’t work 9am-10pm. If someone orders flowers to a place of business those flowers better be there early. 

If you can’t handle these deliveries in a timely manner, you’re in the wrong business. Also, if you’re a small business, put someone halfway decent on the phones. Rude people on phones in 2018 is ridiculous, this is why local businesses die off. If I want to avoid dealing with some rude moron on the phone I’ll simply order online and bypass said moron. Supporting small businesses shouldn’t be a chore, and if  you lack the qualities that people shop at local business for, close up shop and make way for change.

The customer service sucks, I went on valentine's and they were talking on the phone, complaining about stuff, and I had to wait for them to take my order when I was the only one in the store. Also half a dozen roses was 19$!

Best rose boxs I have ever sent to my wife she  completely  fell in love with her flowers I have  recommended creation station flowers to all my family and friends wouldn't go any where else

I am so lucky to have come across this amazing business. Not only are the flowers the most beautiful with exceptional texture, color and smell but their service with costumer is unparalleled.  They treat you like family no matter who you are. I have been honored to be a costumer for years and I highly recommend you go and experience what a family business is all about.
