I have been waiting for my gift the whole day. They delivered my order to my workplace where there are 30 people.I do not feel comfortable eating that product that nobody knows who received or if they open it. I changed the address at 9 am because  I could not work today, they have my cell phone number, however, nobody called me for receiving the package. If the delivered was done today, I will return the package personally to them tomorrow and I want my money back, this is just unacceptable. The delivery was scheduled for noon and I receive the confirmation for delivery at 4 pm. They cannot take orders if they are unable to deliver the packages at the scheduled time. Extremely disappointed

Fantastic little shop.  They've got gift baskets, fruit baskets, plush toy animals, smoothies, and a great little menu to keep you indulged.  Excellent customer service by the employees.  Spectacular service by those girls every time that I go there, they never miss a beat.  Superb atmosphere and good prices.  Highly, highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed!!! I’m calling to ask status on order delivery scheduled for Yesterday and No one answers/ only a recording suggesting to shop Edible Arrangements for holidays .  
To the present I DON’T know if my order was delivered to the receipt t as last communication received via email from a Edible Arrangements was UNABLE TO DELIVER! ☹️☹️☹️

Thank you for ruining my wife valentines day telling me my delivery was unsuccessful you could of called me and told me what was going on no communications  what so ever I had my wife wait till 5pm never again 0 stars for you pathetic place of business
