I needed to get flowers for a funeral for a dear friend. I live out of state and placed a call to the shop after reading all the great reviews! They were not wrong! I spoke to Gayle twice and she helped me put together the most beautiful arrangement. Thank you Gayle you are a gem!
I ordered online and in my jumbled thoughts requested the flowers to be delivered a day later than I really wanted. I called Creative Chick and the lady called my loved one by name and advised that she looked it up online to read about her life for inspiration and had already delivered the flowers! She just knew that maybe I would want them there sooner. WOW! AMAZING SERVICE WITH HEART!
Outstanding service! I live out of state & wanted to send flowers to my uncle who was in a local hospital. They took the time to verify which hospital he was in & if he could have flowers in his room. She returned my call within the hour & was very helpful in selecting an arrangement. I appreciate the extra effort she put in to my request. My uncle really liked the flower arrangement. Outstanding!
ORDER YOUR FLOWERS HERE!!! I ordered flowers online for a family member. The owner called and informed me she did not have the vase that went with that. She upgraded my order and they were incredible. She was very apologetic and just wanted to make sure her customer was taken care of!
The owner of this shop is an extraordinary human being! We had the most fascinating conversation and she had so much to teach me about houseplants and her passion. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made gorgeous arrangements and even helped my mom with some other arrangements for the wedding. Her shop is so adorable too! If I could give a ten star review I would! Thank you sooooo much!
