Edit: Gustaf's Greenery made a prompt reply to address my concerns and generously offered to send another bouquet. I am very pleased with their customer service and willingness to address my concerns. I would definitely shop here again, but would maybe call, or leave specific notes with my online order, to make sure we are on the same page Original Review: I ordered a Teleflora You Make Me Smile Bouquet online for my Grandmother in the hospital. I am live in another state and could not make it to visit. My Grandmother loves orange and yellow flowers so I thought this would be perfect to cheer her up. The bouquet is supposed to have large light yellow roses and small yellow spray roses. I know there can be substitutions but from the picture my mom sent me the bouquet seemed very different than what I ordered. It had red roses and no spray roses. Also it had some large white flowers. It looked almost exactly like it was the Be Happy Bouquet which is a similar, but slightly smaller/cheaper than what I ordered. I feel like possibly a mistake was made and the wrong bouquet was made and delivered.

Pat did such an amazing job on our flowers for my wedding. My bouquet and the bouquets for my bridesmaids were just gorgeous, and Pat was so helpful and took into consideration that we didn't have a huge budget, but was still able to make art. All the men at the wedding had beautiful boutonnieres, and the flowers were delivered when they told us they were going to be. Couldn't have asked for better. 👍

Bouquet for my brother's funeral was ok. I requested a "brother" banner. What we got was a leaf with the word brother adhered to it!

Can't say enough great stuff about Gustaf's Greenery! I get flowers here all the time for my fiancee and they're doing our wedding and I can't wait!

This business deserves all 5 stars from me.. I'm in Chicago and it was mine Sons mom's birthday I called them last minute after delivery ended at 5pm and they still managed to customize my gift with fast delivery same day I called.. Customer service was great.. product was great.. reasonable pricing.. I highly recommend this place better than all the other ones I dealt with in the past
