I just want to say Thank You!! I should have done this sooner, but better late than never. I bought a Christmas Tree from you a couple years ago. It was the most beautiful tree we have ever had, and was so reasonably priced. Your staff was amazing!! I am a single mom and you helped me tie the tree onto my car and I tell you what: That tree made our Christmas so magical and perfect.. My friends and family exclaimed over this tree and when I told them how helpful your staff had been, they were all very impressed. Just wanted you to know, how much that meant to me and my children. It's hard to find compassion in business/companies anymore and you guys have it!! I wish you and your business great success. Keep the good people you have working for you, they are appreciated.

I stopped in to pick up some flowers for one of my science classes. The older gentleman who helped me was so kind and helpful. Kindness like that doesn't come around every day! This was my first shopping experience here and I will forever be a customer of Flowerama.

Super value and service. I can't say enough about the quality of the flowers they have and how they put them together. Just exceptional.

I called, trying to get a delivery done the same day, late in the afternoon. I understand it was late notice, and that chances were not good on it being able to happen. But the person who answered the phone was pretty rude to me, and all I was trying to do was find out if they could deliver after 5pm. I did not appreciate the attitude, when I knew going in it was unlikely, and would have graciously accepted that answer. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way I was, and when I said "Nevermind, I'll just have to try somewhere else, thank you." I got hung up on. Very rude and unprofessional!
