This was the first good experience I’ve had at a dentist. My son has had bad experiences at the the dentist here they made him feel comfortable.

I requested an appt for Friday April 6th as my daughter and I would be off. I got an email saying they would call me to either confirm or reschedule my appt. Today, April 6th, I had to call and they said I have to call again.

Friendly staff but the place is not run  properly. Long wait time .  We got here early for the appointment but the whole process is taking more than 90 minutes. A dentist routine visit shouldn't take this long .

I have mixed feelings about my experiences here. The staff is very friendly and our first time there was great for my son's first cleaning. The second cleaning he kept throwing up but they explained he was swallowing the fluoride. 
The third trip was to fill a cavity. The first thing odd thing is I repeatedly asked the tech where the cavity was on the xray. She would wave her hand around the image and say around here. Never actually pointing it out. The third time I asked she waved around again and said it is hard to see. If she could see it she could have just pointed right at it. The problem is that she couldn't see it and neither could I. So either she was not trained well enough or there wasn't a cavity at all. 
Secondly my son was clearly in pain and crying. I know the dentist is no walk in the park, especially since my son has sensitive teeth. He doesn't even like ice cream because it is too cold.  I know it was going to be uncomfortable so I was trying to sooth him. The person doing the filling was becoming annoyed with me and kept trying to say it didn't hurt even though it obviously did hurt.  I found that to be disconcerting. It is not a terrible place but i won't be going back, at least not until he is older and can handle pain better.
