Absolutely great service. Went in with my fiance and both got exactly what we wanted done. Thinking about doing something more daring next time I go in and typically have a hard time trusting stylists with my hair. Cayla was great though. Excited to go back!

I went in to dye my hair from brown to an auburn.  After the first round of dye I had crazy orange roots and black hair.  The stylist said we could cover up the orange with a toner so we did that.  It ended up doing basically nothing leaving with still black hair and orange roots.  After that they told me that I should just shampoo it and the orange would come out.  Obviously I didn't go for that since shampooing hair won't make black and orange match.  I had them dye it one more time which also didn't help.  At that point they kicked me out and said to shampoo it because they weren't going to dye a fourth time.  Once I finally did shampoo it the next day all of the dye ran out making it even more orange and splotchy.  
     I suppose I'll just dye it all black so that it at least matches.  This was a total fail and a waste of time and money.  There's nothing quite like paying someone to make you look worse.
