August 28th at about 2 I went to style my hair and get a VERY simple v cut. Meaning no length should have been cut. And here I am 5 inches shorter without the original cut that I asked for. I thought the look would grow on me but it's not so I'm cancelling the payment on my card. I'm extremely unsatisfied. Don't waste your time or money here.

I specifically asked to leave my hair longer on my top scalp and she annihilated my hair. I even said wow that's short; do you think she even apologized?  Nope.    I said I used fiber to style; do you think I was offered it when done?  Nope.  No wash, barely time to even look at the cut afterwards.  Never again.

Went in for a wash and cut. They did decently, no complaints, the haircut was even, as far as I could tell.

Literally never get your eyebrows waxed here. The lady who did mine completely messed them up. She took off about half inch off the ends, made them pencil thin and completely took my arch off. They look absolutely horrible.
