I've purchased two watches from Barbara at Wickersham and my experience could not be better.  The first was for my birthday and the second was for my wife's 25th Anniversary.  The Anniversary watch was a surprise for my wife and Barbara made it a beyond compare experience.  She was waiting when we arrived and had the watch displayed for my wife with a watch book and sparkling apple cider as well as a card made by her for us.  It was truly awesome.  My wife is still smiling 3 days later.  

In this day and age of online shopping and poor customer service it is amazing to find people like Barbara and Wickersham who still go above and beyond expectations and customer satisfaction for their customers.

Purchased a Rolex and was treated with such respect even though I was wearing work clothes.  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Extraordinary service always given to me when I visit the store.  From the moment I walk in everyone is friendly.  They have a great selection of Rolex watches and beautiful Jewelry.   Thank you Barbara for your great customer service and for all you knowledge!  You made my decision easy!  I love my Watch!  I'll be back very soon!

I had the pleasure of buying 2 beautiful Rolex's from Deanne and Barbara these past couple of months. 
The best buying experience. From browsing their online selection to actually purchasing my watches, the process was flawless. I worked with Deanne and she was EXCELLENT. Incredibly professional, knowledable and had a great sense of humor. She made the entire process fun!
Talk about taking customer service to the next level. Barbara helped me surprise my husband on his birthday by personally Hand Delivering his watch to Ruth Chris. They kept in touch with me, helped me plan the wonderful surprise and then stood proud as the entire evening was pulled through successfully.  
OUTSTANDING SERVICE and HIGH MARKS FOR INTEGRITY.
