Not a vet / spa. I was raised on a farm. I have more experience with large animal vet's. The dog is very well cared for. I have confidence in Dr Tan. But think that you are going to the Dr in London and British health care and prices. Not the4 star prices and finery of American healthcare.

Dr. Tan is a very compassionate veterinarian.  Over the past 5 years, I've had to put down two of my cats with chronic kidney disease.  Very sad moments for my family and me.  I highly recommend Dr. Tan and the Louis Veterinary Clinic for any of your pet's healthcare needs.

The most comfortable, professional veterinary office I've ever visited in Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley AND San Leandro. I have visited most of them at one point or another (usually w/friends or fam) over the past 20+ years. There's only one other vet besides this one, that has ever made me feel like I'd want to come back again w/my own pet if I had to.

I brought my Persian Cat in to get her shaved.When I picked her up she was so heavily sedated . She had 3 giant cuts on her back and several cuts on her belly. They even cut off her whiskers.All that for 130.00$ DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR CAT SHAVED!!! They massacred her , the poor baby.  She is so traumatized her so badly,she still hasn't   eaten.
