Went to visit my friend. She wanted a small and quaint apartment and found it. The set up is adorable and she has a nice large balcony facing the pond. Very cute but the dumpster in the fence needs to.go it's going to bring rats and of course tenants through junk over the fence and makes a nice area look trashy.

Don't let the facade fool you. This apartment complex looked like a very nice place for my family and me to move into until we can buy a house after moving to Georgia. When we came here to view the complex we thought it was great, nice landscaping with a pergola and fire place to greet you at the entrance, gates to keep out unwanted problems, three swimming pools, two gyms, and a car washing station.FALSE! if you come here to check the place out, just drive past the office through the open gates. Because they haven't work since I've lived here. drive around to the dumpsters and notice how the trash is over flowing around them. Then drive to the car wash station that also hasn't been functional since I've lived here. The pools are nice, but they are not kept locked or monitored. Many people who are not residents come and go as they please. The teenagers that are not residents come and swim in their underwear (boys and girls). The gyms are also very nice. I use the bigger gym on a daily basis. But, they also are not locked because the key card device hasn't been operational since I've lived here. The smaller gym has become a hang out for teenagers. There are machines that haven't worked in over 5 months, and there is equipment that has been stolen through an open window at night that hasn't been replaced. Whats a gym when there isn't any barbells? Maintenance is defiantly an issue. Any resident here will tell you that it takes months to get anything fixed. The roof in my daughters room leaks and has destroyed a wall. We notified maintenance soon as we seen it almost 3 months ago and it still has yet to be fixed. There was a water leak from my dishwasher to my neighbors apartment that has damaged his ceiling several months ago and also has yet to be fixed. I understand it is a big complex with many units, but then they need to hire more people who can fix these problems in a timely manner. Its not all bad though. The apartments are fairly spacious inside with nice floor plans. The people that live here seem to be respectful and the neighborhood itself is good. I trust it enough not to worried about my kids being outside playing. I'd hope these issues could be taken care of, but I'm doubtful since this place has had new management 4 times since the 7 months I've lived here.

Nice amenities, clean property, good location, and the price is right. Also the office and maintenance staff actually CARE about the residents and their well-being. Not the case at my last apt complex. Well done Creekside!

I live in a 3 bedroom room apartment, and thankfully my lease is almost up! I moved in as a newly, single mom with two little boys. It was my first time living completely on my own with my kids. I have had nothing but problems! During the summertime, my ac quit working and it was not fixed for about 4-5 days. Then, an apartment above me managed to break his toilet and flood 3 different apartments, and mine was one of them. A week later, and I am still living in a one bedroom apartment because the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom is still wet and now stinks. They came in to "repair" the damage, and the only thing that was down is that they put 3 huge blowers and a dehumidifier in my apartment, and ripped out some padding from under the carpet. The "repairs" is doing nothing but running my electricity bill up! So now I have to pay over a thousand dollars for an useable 3 bedroom apartment and a high electricity bill! The office did call me, because they were unable to get into my apartment, because I had to change my locks after someone employed by them came into my apartment (without me knowing) and stole very personal items. They ensured me that if I provided them with a key that my carpet would be repaired that night; well three nights later and it still isn't done! This apartment complex is a complete joke! The only thing they care about is ripping off people that work too hard to pay their bills. I have never once been late on my rent, and I think it is complete asinine that I had to pay a full months rent and a high electric bill for basically a one bedroom apartment!! I would not even recommend this place to homeless person!

Decent price. Decent amenities. Community around apartment is a little shady. Dumpster and mail are very inconvenient to access. Fire alarm goes off if you breathe on it to hard. Sent a maintenance request about 3 months ago that I'm still waiting on to be completed. Apartment looks great with new carpet and everything. I am a big fan of the porch area. They hold community events which is nice. Great central location in town where all sorts of restaurants and bars are close. Close to interstate as well. Nulink provides internet with good speeds and price. SOOO... not bad, but it isn't great.
