Absolutely no customer service.   We have a master bedroom shower that    Jernigan installed.  The tile in the shower floor cracked.  We have called them at least four times and been to their showroom twice.  No one will bother to call us back.  Needless to say we are done with them and have called a reputable company that scheduled someone to come out the first time I called.  Wow!  What a concept!

Jernigan Tile came highly recommended from a close friend. So Jesse came out on Monday was very nice. I explained our kitchen remodel timeline, granite would be going in the end of that and he told me he was going to go back and get an estimate sent over to me by the next morning. Thursday I still had no estimate. I called the office and the lady in the office told me sometimes it takes a day or two. I explained he had come out on Monday morning so it had been 4 days. She told me she would leave a message for Jesse to call me. Saturday afternoon at 3:30 still no phone call or estimate from Jesse so I called, they told me that he had had a death in the family and that he would be back in the office on Monday. I expressed my sympathy that he had a death in the family and asked if someone else might be able to help me as we were working on a timeline. She said Jesse had not given my job information to anyone so no one else could help me and she would have my number on his desk first thing to call me on Monday when he returned. Monday afternoon, still no call, I called and asked if Jesse had come in the lady told me yes maam and that she had given Jesse the message to call me and she apologized that he hadn't called me but told me that he wouldn't be able to call me now until Tuesday. I finally got a call from Jesse, no apology at all, just that the death was more important than any tile job. I said I completely understand about the death and was sorry but that I own businesses as well and someone should be able to help the clients or at least send estimates. He told me he sent the estimate and maybe he typed the email address in wrong but he would do us both a favor and just not do my job and hung up on me. So much for customer service. It is truly heartbreaking that I even have to write a review like this. Go somewhere more professional so that in the event something unfortunate does happen you can at least get your job done.
