Loved living here since day one. Everyone is super helpful and quick to respond when a problem arises. It's also reassuring living in such a quiet and safe place. Anytime I have an issue it is usually resolved that same day. I love being able to call this place home! The upgraded apartment is beautiful, clean and refreshing. So appreciate you guys. Just want to give a shout out to Shay. Whenever my kid or myself is under the weather or she hasn't seen us lately she always checks on us and has even brought us our packages and dinner. She truly is a phenomenal face and gentle soul to have at the office every day.

We have lived here for almost a year now. Overall pretty good. A hand full of times I've needed something repaired and it's taken a day or 2 because they didn't have the part and that's understandable. Shay who was the property manager when we moved in was wonderful and gave us a great rate and even took care of us when our move in date got pushed back because the new appliances were on back order. Completely out of their control so no big deal. We've had a few bug problems especially roaches but that's A) part of living in the south and B) part of apartment living. You can keep your place clean all day but you can't control the other tenants in your building so who knows. The management is great only problem I've ever had is kids throwing footballs in the parking lot. A few cars have been hit so if that gets fixed then it would be perfect.

Property Manager identifies feedback with integrity. The complex is constantly being upgraded and you can tell the staff is working diligently to make this a outstanding place to live. Overall, the neighbors are friendly, the scenery is beautiful and tranquil, and this complex is located at a prime outlet in Newnan.
