I have been to a lot of movies at Creekside over the last several years, and have only one issue with the venue.  But first, the good - the staff is friendly, the entire facility is well maintained and clean, from the entry to the theaters to the restrooms.  The movies start on time, the video and audio are all crisp and clear, and their staff clean out each theater after each showing, all as you would expect of a quality theater.  The theater is a little bit on the cool side, but better that than too warm.  The theaters are of the stadium type with reclining seats.
Now - my one issue - the reclining seats don't quite have enough resistance in them.  It's easy to end up either sprawled back so you're straining your neck forward to watch the movies, or you're using your abdominal muscles to sit upright while the seat is trying to recline you.  Perhaps this is only an issue because of my age (late 60's), but a little more firmness in the seats would make my viewing experience perfect. In the last year or so, some of the seats in the first few rows have suffered broken springs for the reclining backs, and those seats offer no back support at all. There are still many seats with properly working backs, but it concerns me that the number of damaged seats is increasing. They ought to either repair them, replace them, or swap them out with seats in the back rows. 
On the plus side, you can order seats online from Fandango, have an e-ticket sent to your phone, and avoid the ticket purchase line.

I found the staff to be friendly and the service at the concessions and ticket counter was fast and accurate.  The popcorn was delicious and not overly salty.  The seats however were awful - large rips in the vinyl and the backs were impossible to stop from reclining all the way back.  My husband's seat back was so far reclined, the patrons in the row behind us could not pass.  I spent the entire movie trying to keep my seat back from reclining too far.  Will not be back to this theater until they improve this situation.  I'm even willing to drive out of the area for my next cinema experience.

Slow service at concession,  too many people in line and only two people serving,  torn seats and dirty. You need to upgrade your theater,  it's pretty outdated.

Great place for movies but the food & VERY EXPENSIVE!! So over priced. They used to have hotdogs for $1. A BUCK! Now, it’s $4 for a stinking hotdog. What the heck! They had such better prices and now it’s all gone up. The wear are HORRIBLE!! The ones we’ve sat on were broken and you could decline without going crooked. Great place though just the seats aren’t so great. They need to invest on the quality of their seats.

I'm a deaf person and I depend on captioning devices in order to understand what's going on in whatever movie I pay to watch. I asked for a captioning device and I was told they didn't had any but can offer me headphones. Imagine that: headphones for a DEAF person. Not a deaf and hard of hearing friendly theater.
