Our Inn is located in the heart of Lancaster's Amish Country offering 18th century charm with 21st century accommodations. Visit our website for details.

Story

Our Countryside Inn offers a first floor 2 bedroom suite and 3 guest rooms and a romantic suite on the second floor, all with Cable TV and private in-room baths.

Our comfortable, air-conditioned rooms are appointed with antiques and Amish Quilts. Two of our bedrooms feature working stone fireplaces. A living room, two dining rooms and porch with rockers are also available for the comfort of our guests.

Our first time staying in Lancaster overnight. The most charming Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of the country but not far from all the tourist attractions. Cathy & Dennis were excellent hosts, very accommodating and made you feel welcomed. The rooms were quaint and cozy. We stayed in the Creekside Suite which was beautiful and the bed was most comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! We just loved hearing many a horse and buggy pass by in the morning. My husband and I enjoyed it so much that we booked another reservation before our departure. Thank you Cathy and Dennis for making our first overnight stay a most pleasant one!

We went there during winter this year and it was snowing. Once we got there we received a big smile from Dennis. We felt like we were visiting our cousins. Cathy was just like my big sister; helped me with my bags and stuff. Dennis gave us a tour and took us to our room. Did I mention that this was our first time there? When we booked the room online we didn't know about the size of rooms, but after the tour we decided to change to Creekside Suite. OMG!! The room was huge and they recently remodeled bathroom. I love things neat and clean and this place was neat and clean with comfortable bed and fluffy pillows along with Amish Quilt. We are going back there again in October.

My wife and stayed here on a Valentine's Day trip designed to indulge my wife's fabric addiction. We arrived Friday after some serious weather and were warmly greeted. We had a very easy time finding the inn. We stayed in the Witmer room, which was exceedingly comfortable. Some of the smaller rooms looked comfortable, but smallish. We spent the evenings mostly lounging around in the room, which is equipped with TV and reading the local history books provided by the innkeepers. Breakfast was outstanding! It kept us full for most of the day. If we come back to Lancaster, we'll almost certainly stay here again.
