Just a beautiful B&B, quaint and not large, family style breakfast was good. Blue room was just right, without a TV very quiet indeed.the Hosts were very hospitable, we stayed two nights and wonder what happened to housekeeping, maybe because it was a holiday weekend in Sept.?

Beautiful and clean room with a comfy bed, excellent breakfast, great (and knowledgeable) innkeepers, that’s all I want from a B&B. I highly recommend the Osceola Mill House to anyone in the area. Spouse and I have been there many times over the last several years and the quality only gets better.

Adorable Cottage Surrounded By Amish Farms. On The Grounds Of A Historic B&B Paradise OveraOvera Your rating: 5 of 5 Title of your review: Wonderful host, very helpful and personable. Peaceful setting. Your experience: Our host, Ron, was wonderful. From a warm greeting upon arrival to making sure we wanted for nothing from dining to entertainment recommendations. Sadly, we did not have the pleasure of meeting his beloved Pat as she was visiting family out of town. Looking forward to meeting her during a future visit. We rented the Carriage House, it was homey, clean, and very comfortable. The house was also well stocked, from pots, pans, dishes, cutlery to a Kurig, coffee, condiments etc. The bath towels, extra blankets etc were plenty as well. We enjoyed kicking back and just relaxing. When weather permitted and we had the windows open, we could hear the many horse and carriages that pass by the property. I quite enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the evenings! Osceola Mill is centrally located to the best of everything that Lancaster County offers, I loved driving through the rolling farmlands as the locals were tending their fields. The property was beautifully manicured with plenty of seating areas around the property. I spent a couple of evenings in the lawn chairs at the front of the property enjoying the quiet goings on of the local inhabitants. The young Amish family that lives next door humored this city girl by allowing me the pleasure of photographing the new calf that was born during our stay, I also enjoyed their dog who would pop in a couple of times a day looking for something good to eat! I also enjoyed the company of the owners cats who were very sweet and well behaved. The overall atmosphere was one of being surrounded by friends in a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful surroundings! My husband, a man of few words, stated that he felt absolutey at home and wouldn't mind staying at the carriage house every time we're in the area! This from a man who swore he would never stay at a B & B! Thank you Ron, for your friendly banter, sharing your vast knowledge of your neighbors customs as well as the area that you reside in and your care and concern for our having all we needed and more. Your infectious smile and innocent, easy going charm are no doubt what drew your beloveds heart to yours! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. City recommendation: Yes (We loved the farmlands/stands, local eateries, fresh fruit/veggies and pleasant atmosphere/attitudes of the locals! So much to see and do or just relax and enjoy your surroundings! Centrally located.)

The most beautiful, quaint place you can spend the night at. The owners(Ron and Pat) are so friendly and pleasant. The breakfast every morning is delicious and you can tell they put a lot of work into planning a wholesome meal (3 or 4 courses, if you may !). The location is well placed and most of the must-visits of Lancaster county are easy to reach to. This is a happy place!
