Really friendly coffee stop in the Denver Grand Market. It’s just inside the entrance to the right and they sell a variety of Colorado-roasted beans, including a bag of Sweet Bloom espresso that we purchased to bring home. Happy with the hot lattes on a cold day and glad to be right around the corner from great foods and baked goods.
I love the coffee shop at both locations. This morning I went to Crema Bodega in Denver Central Market. Every time I have gone, this today was no exception, I have had pleasant and enjoyable experiences. The baristas are friendly, hospitable, fast, and gifted. They’re so good at doing latte art. Crema’s one of my favorite vendors at Denver Central Market. They’re selling these cups, which I think they started doing some time after the pandemic began, so you don’t have to have drinks poured into disposable cups. Yay! And, I love supporting local businesses, and this coffee shop is one of them. I recommend going to Crema Bodega, whichever location is great.
Stopped for a vanilla latte while walking around downtown and it was perfect. Cute decorations and had a nice conversation with the barista. He had me sample a newer type of espresso and I didn't even ask! Best place downtown to stop for a coffee.
Made my latte with oat milk when I asked for whole milk. No number to call to get a refund. I have an allergy. You’d think they would be more careful. Not surprising as girl who made the coffee looked miserable and couldn’t even offer a friendly smile.
Overall terrible experience. Much better coffee shops around town. Walked up, wasn't acknowledged because the THREE people behind the counter were too busy just personally chatting. Ordered a dirty chai. Paid on the iPad with a quick tap and moved to the side to wait. I saw that they didn't even look at the screen and the transaction wasn't placed. they left the iPad with my transaction on it facing out so any random person could've easily put a tip on my card. Went through the entire ordering and paying process without them looking at me and just talking with each other. Ironically, the iPad was held up on the tip screen. I went back and added a tip because I know times are tough for some right now and figured they would be a bit more professional. Nope. Literally said nothing to me. Walked around to check the gelato place out. Went back to get my drink and of course they acted like I don't exist still. Asked for my name when I ordered, but didn't put it on my cup...so had to ask them if it was mine. I don't think they put espresso in it. Maybe a tablespoon of chai. It tasted like straight up warm milk. Won't be back.
I stumbled upon this gem walking around and the gentleman working tonight 12/18 was very friendly and made one of the most delicious lattes. I will definitely be returning! Amazing customer service and yummy coffee!! Thank you for making my night delightful.
Cashier was quite rude just because I asked a question wanted to know if they do their lattes iced- they do. Coffee is just fine nothing special. Chai latte was bad- tasted like watered down milk with no recognizable coffee flavor. And prices are pretty high too for not great drinks
I dont know if this girl curly hair in a bun, wearing a flannel was just having a rough shift or what, but i sincerely hope shes not this cold to people in her personal life. I walk up to the counter, say hello enthusiastically b/c I definitely know that nice customers can make a shift go by faster and she just stares at me. I order and she just flips the screen without a word so i can tip which i shouldn't have even done. She makes my coffee, slides it onto the counter and says "here." The only reason im giving two stars is because the coffee is good, but for such a nice market I was hoping the staff would reflect that. Guess not.
We love this place! Every Saturday we start our day with Crema. My wife and I both used to be baristas, so we are extremely picky about our coffee. We have been all over denver, and crema is hands down, without a doubt THE BEST COFFEE IN ALL OF DENVER!
Their coffee is pretty good bought a small drip coffee for $2 and refills are $1 and is serve yourself if it’s just drip coffee. It doesn’t take long to get an order either if you happen to be ordering a latte or another type of drink. It can get a bit crowded and difficult to find seats but that’s not on the coffee shop itself, just something to be aware of if you’re just trying to grab coffee and hang out.
