So far we've had a great experience at CDLC. It's pricey but comparable to what you pay at just about any other "nice" daycare in Southern JOCO. But the facilities and extras are unmatched. There's lots of natural light in the rooms and my toddler gets to move about from room to room through out the day for different activities. There's an indoor gym so even if the weather is bad, they still have open space to run around and be active and this is a big deal for my busy toddler who has energy to burn. We haven't been here long enough for him to get to try out the water park but I'm looking forward to that for him this summer. Finally a couple really nice extras are that they provide diapers and wipes, so that's less you have to worry about remembering to bring. They also have a snack station just outside the main entrance. My son looooves being able to run out and grab a snack for the ride home. His teacher Ms. Kelly seems to do a good job with him and she can always answer any questions I have about how his day was. I would definitely recommend CDLC.

Horrible experience as first time parents. We booked a spot in December for February by paying $200 registration fee. I was very clear that my son is preemie and his corrected age is 2 months less than his birth date. I went there two days in advance and filled all paperwork and all. All good. Then comes first day of daycare. Well, they had him registered for wrong class. They enrolled him in 6 months to 2 years class and not in infant class. Director(rude as hell) said we had not seen him so we didn’t know he would be so small. Well, even by his birth date he is not 6 month so how can you enroll him in wrong class and does not even considered that he is preemie. Director was so rude and insensitive that she didn’t care. Teachers were not happy since they have toddlers and this infant to take care of. Teachers were not impressive either but I can’t review them in detail since we were there for only 4 hours. Director was saying NO to every request we made. She knew that she screwed up our spot and gave it to someone else or didn’t realize what preemie baby means but rude as hell, she didn’t admit that. She is the most insensitive person I have ever seen in this business since I visited many daycares and directors in 4 hours my baby was there. Within 4 hours we finalized other daycare. Next day she didn’t even asked us the reason to leave or offered any conversation. Corporate office did not contact us about why we left in one day. $200 registration fee was wasted and they didn’t even have courtesy to give us call. I waited for month before writing this review. We are having good experience in another daycare. They were expecting us and my baby’s name was everywhere and it felt so warm. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t need you , they just need your money. Do not get fooled by their fancy building. Your child need good care and love which you can’t expect from such insensitive people.

My daughter went to creme for 1.5 months and I can only speak about the infant and toddler rooms. Our experience in the infant room was OK, but the toddler rooms were horrible. We unfortunately had to keep her there for a month before finding alternative care. My daughter would scream every time I left her at creme. This may be normal for some kids, but she didn't scream when I left her at her church daycare on Sundays. The toddler teachers at creme were not warm and didn't seem to care. They were almost always over the state ratio of 1:5. They pretend to have great curriculum, but I have never seen them actually do anything with the kids. My daughter was usually wandering around by herself or sitting in a corner when I picked her up. Supposedly they do art projects but none have been sent home. I've seen no physical evidence of any of the curriculum they say they do. Her first week there they didn't call me when she had pink eye, but a few weeks later made her stay out for a day and a half because of what they called diarrhea. She didn't have diarrhea or a fever and was perfectly normal when I took her home. This was hugely inconvenient as both my husband and I work and our schedules are not at all flexible. My theory is they had too many kids those days. Also, she supposedly had a specific teacher in her toddler room but I rarely saw the same face when I dropped her off or picked her up. No one could tell me how her day went. They just told me to look at the online sheet of when she was changed and ate. For paying $1600 a month they better be able to tell me more than that... Also, the teacher she supposedly had I only met once or twice and didn't see for the entire last week or two I was there. I assume she left or was fired, but I was never told anything. Also, in the span of 2 weeks we got incident reports that she was bitten (broke her skin), scratched twice and hit her head. I understand things happen, but that often? I became very concerned whether the toddlers were being supervised at all. The last day she was there my husband dropped her off much later than usual. He told me that 3 toddlers were locked in one side of a room while the teacher was busy working with two toddlers on the other side. The 3 unsupervised toddlers were just standing there bored. This was the last straw for us. This place may look good on the outside but it should be shut down. It does not follow state guidelines and everything we've been told about curriculum and caring for the kids has been lies.

Creme in Kansas City is a wonderful facility, filled with caring, nurturing teachers and staff. I highly recommend. I do not worry about my children during the day b/c I know they are receiving extraordinary care at Creme.

Our infant son attends CDLC and they take great care of him. The staff is very professional and friendly, and is very accommodating while putting the educational, health and safety needs of the children first.
