Starting in spring lots to see. Old classic cars. Good food. Movie nights outside. Or bands playing. Petting zoo for the children. Rides on grounds once a year. Then there's the beautiful carousel. Just FAMILY fun.

Very nice place to go in Riverside. During the fall and winter months it is slow but once the weather gets nicer Blount's clam shake opens and they host live music. The park also extends across the street to get away and can even visit the beach.

A great ride and lots of fun.  Can get pricey if you take a group for multiple rides (but seems reasonable overall).  I wish they had a faster system for getting people on and off between rides.  Also, be forewarned - the music (which comes from an awesome player pipe organ+ other instruments, not speakers) is pretty loud.

Nice place to catch a sunset or for a walk on the beach where you'll pretty much be the only one there.  The carousel is great but that's the only thing around to do.
