Love Constitution Point Park, but don't think I will be going there after they impose a parking fee. Very disappointed with the town for doing this. Liked going there early morning to sit and look at the water while I had my morning coffee

Pretty views and relaxing.  The City needs to pave the parking lot.  Huge crator pot holes that can damage ones tires.
