We use AVEDA hair color along with OLAPLEX hair care products. All lines are environmentally friendly, PETA approved, and use natural, wild-crafted and organic ingredients in their products. Trish Osborne does my hair at Dillard's in Crestview Hills. She does a phenomenal job on my hair! And her cuts are amazing! She knows I don't like to primp on my hair so she cuts it just perfect so when I get up in the morning I just brush it and spray it and go! She is very kind and listens to what you want her to do. I highly recommend Jill. She is from California. My first time and will be my forever stylist! I get an a-line stack bob. It is flawless! Also Aveda products smell sooo amazing! I've been going to the Dillard's Salon for a few years now since my Master Stylist started there when Sableaux Salon & Spa closed. I have to be honest tho, if it wasn't for Mary Elizabeth I wouldn't be going there! She's the absolute  BEST!! She makes it  worth it to pay the very high prices and she makes you feel right at home not like you don't belong there or something. And the actual outcome of the highlights, lowlights,  and cut are truly transforming!! I have been coming to her and pay top dollar for about 15 years! I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless she was to leave of course! Which I've literally followed her everywhere since she first did my hair!! So Dillard's is nice but the reason why I go there is because of Mary Elizabeth!

Horrible shopping experience. Can't go 5 minutes without being bothered by staff asking if you need help. I'd like to be left to shop in peace and offered help, but not to the level of feeling like I'm being bombarded and harassed. I was attempting to go Chrismas shopping. On top of the swarm of employees that won't give you rrom to breathe or think, I got called "ma'am/lady" by a woman working in the back 4 times. I am a young man and that's very clear. If she wasn't sure she shouldn't have used gendered terminology at all. It was offensive and I took my business elsewhere. Made selections to spend a few hundred dollars but was far too annoyed to check out at that point.
