I had Brittany as my stylist for three waxes. I did my chin ($6.50), eyebrows ($8), and upper lip($6.50). She did a great job with all areas except for two things. She triple waxed my chin (which means she went over the same area three times.), this is a no-no because the first wax rips off a layer of skin. Each time after, it rips more layers off. So blisters can occur and even burns from the heat of the wax. I uploaded a picture of an area I was burned (this photo was taken after only 3 minutes post wax). The only solution to waxing once and missing hair, is to go in and tweeze. She did not do this. She just kept waxing, and it was painful when she put the wax on. The last issue was allowing me to walk out with excess wax on my face. They have wax remover for a reason, and she only removed wax from one area and not others. So when I got the car, I needed to try to get it off to ensure I did not get dirt stuck to me. Her wax over all looks good. Just those two items, that she wasn't trained properly on.

My stylist is fun and excited to work with me. I dyed my hair 5 "fun colors" and it turns out amazing! There was a little confusion about one color dropping out of my hair, but it was quickly fixed. I love it here.

They seem to really only want to cater to the men that walk in. I've tried going here several times, and every time is the same. Not going back.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Store is always clean, smells nice and has a nice appearance. Jo Ellen, my preferred stylist, has always been able to take my verbal description and make it happen. They are a great chain store.
