Cody Criqui is a great teacher. He's very professional and knowledgeable and cares about his students. The environment is very supportive and encouraging. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn BJJ.

I have trained BJJ in several parts of the world, and the Criqui gym holds its own among the rest. Technique instruction is quick and thorough and the team members are fun and friendly to train with. Competition is also a focus in this gym, so if you're looking for a more intense focus, Coach Criqui definitely provides that as well.

Friendly atmosphere, clean, great instruction and a fun way to get in shape. I started training with Mr. Criqui in 2013 and have 0 regrets. He's committed to passing on the best technique to his students, but does it in a way that is fun and welcoming to people of all backgrounds.

Cody is a great teacher of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. If you want top level instruction, this is the place to be. Cody and the entire gym made transitioning for me extremely easy. Everyone welcomed me and for that I am truly greatful.

A great atmosphere with people from all walks of life. Coach Criqui is extremely knowledgeable and is dedicated to passing it on to his students. If you're looking for great self defense, to compete, or an awesome workout, this is the place.
