Nice & clean facilities. Very friendly staff & most helpful. Classes are well thought out & fun. Couple of classes I want to take conflict in times, but I will pickup 1 class on Tues/Thurs & make up for it. Given my membership as a Xmas present— & what a GREAT GIFT 🎁 Thanks a million !!  Consider this if you have a hard person to buy for. Other members seem friendly enough. However I’m not going for socializing— going for my health. All in all VERY happy & making progress.

Joyful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested staff at every level. Some older machines in most areas, but they are replacing pretty rapidly. Machine weights, free weights, treadmills, steppers, ellipticals, all available.

One of my favorite features is the Hydro Massage.

I go to Great Life for their aerobics class "Cardio Blast." Great instructor. Good custodial staff. Locker room is clean. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I rarely use them but the machines are fairly new and popular. The weight room is heavily used.

Blatantly dishonest. I canceled my membership by submitting the required paperwork well in advance of the annual date, several months later I noticed I was still being billed and called to  inquire about it. They said - shocker - that they never received the paperwork and thus would be charged for another FULL YEAR. No exceptions. IF you consider using this gym, keep every bit of your paperwork, because you will need it for the record when they inevitably try to pull a fast one on you.

The gym itself is atrocious, limited equipment and what they do have is in disrepair, dirty locker rooms, aging and leaking ceilings. Literally zero redeeming qualities. Another lousy gym with deceptive practices and slimy management that is more concerned about bilking money than improving their facilities or even keeping them hygienic.  If there is any other option in your area, steer clear of this trash pile.
