We just had a great experience with Pristine Auto Care. We were looking for someone to detail our cars and I didn’t know there was a service that would come to your house - I always had to drop my cars off! They showed up and did both of our cars and they turned out awesome. We had a couple of stains on our seats and a scratch on one side of the car. Both are now completely gone - I was truly impressed and had to leave a review! Our cars look better than when we bought them.

Highly recommend.  On-time, thorough, courteous and accommodating.  Minor and Ismail did a great job with both cars.

So was quoted  quite nice over the phone and was told they would do a clay bar and everything needed for the paint/swirls.    Ended up waiting outside watching them, I was been curtious staying outside talking and offering drinks incase they needed anything.   By the end of the job witch took another hour longer than 1st told,   they never used the clay bar or correctly removed the tree sap  collects.  Then I was slapped with a 30+ $ add on to every car (did 3) .   Bad serivice from the company and workers.  Do not hire these guys ever ,   I know I won't get my money or time back , so advise for everyone, watch a YouTube video. Learn a 2 bucket method and buy a 100$   1600psi electric power washer at Lowe's  and ur set for life. ( Waste of 500$).   ( Photos and info,  have been sent to the shop and axel who promised a return ) still waiting to be called back.

These guys have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had an issue and the owner himself reached out to me personally and made it more than right. I truly believe these guys have the customer's best interest at heart, and that's why I will never go any place else.
