Wouldn't know what to rate this company, because the initial response is fast, and now we cant even get a bid on our job. We try to stay local since we are local, but it sure is tough.

Walk-in rock chip repair. Had 7 chips and they filed them quickly abs did an awesome job! Can barely see where the chips were. Good pricing too!

I bought a windshield there and the car was very noisy. Went back and the installer assured me it wasn't from the windshield. After it cracked from the edge, I had them replace it because their location was two blocks from my home. Two weeks later it cracked again from the exact same spot. They said it was a rock chip, so nothing they could do. Just got it replaced elsewhere, and the car is quiet, there's a one year warranty, and I couldn't be happier. Never again.

In early August I stopped in to inquire about custom shower doors. Critelli's folks said the earliest they could stop out and look at the job was Monday, Aug 29. We made the appt for 8 30 am. Today is Aug 29 and no one has showed from Critelli At 9 25 I called them to ask what was up with my appt. The lady found me in their database but had no record of today's appt. She said they were so busy with hail work they could maybe look at my job by the end of Sept. I will get a door elsewhere.
