First and last time I went to this business...1st they said I needed a bunch of work done on my car totaling over 1,500$! I left in tears knowing as a single mother there was no way I would be able to come up with that kind of money! They said I needed a tranny flush...which seemed odd to me cuz I had just had one done.then they said My rear differential was low and needed work,they said all my other fluids were great.even on the paper work I left with it said my Coolant was full.i told them the next morning I was going out of town so it was important that I know all my fluids were on point and they reassured me everything was fine.i get 80 miles outside of great falls and I smell oil buring...IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE MIND U WITH MY CHILD!!!!!  I WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF COOLANT!!!!! THERE IS NO LEAK...NEVER HAS BEEN SO HOW COULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS GO UN NOTICED???!!!! ALMOST BLEW THE MOTOR IN MY CAR!!!!Then returning to Billings I took my car to my mechanic to confirm the work Supposably needing done and u know what my mechanic tells me??? There is no way they checked your rear Differential ...the seal hadn't been broke in a long while..not only that but my transmission fluid was fine! The only work needed on my car was tires...SO I SPENT MY 525$ AT TIRE RAMA ON CENTRAL AND GOT GREAT SURVICE!!! SO DISAPPOINTED THEY WOULD TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NOT ONLY A FEMALE..
BUT A SINGLE WORKING MOTHER.SHAME ON YOU!!!! MASTER LUBE ON GRAND ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB AND ONE TIME THEY EVEN FIXED MY RADIATOR HOSE FOR FREE! I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS LONG AS I AM IN BILLINGS!!!

Very friendly  knowledgable staff. Told me what was needed first to save the life of my car and then what i could get away with having done at a later time, that way it wasnt so hard on my Budget!!

I took my truck in there to get the oil change and tires rotated they left a flap open that covers my oil filter they didn't torque the wheels down I lost a cap on one of the lug nuts when I brought it back they were just plain smartasses about it I will never return

We were new in town and needed some work on a rig with pretty short notice. These guys got it in right away for a diagnosis and fit it in for repair in plenty of time. Quick work, excellent service, and I didn't feel like we were being squeezed for extra work that didn't need to be done.
