We have always had EXCELLENT customer service from Alex when we shop with her.  She is a real asset to the Crocs brand.  I wish that every store had a manager as personable as she is.  She is always happy to see me.  Even if I buy nothing.  Some of your other store managers could learn a thing or two from her!

Deals are better online. The same deals online are not honored in the store. According to my resources, Aurora Farms in the only Croc store in Ohio. This may contribute to the high pricing. Crocs has also changed their return policy making it inconvenient for customers. I am not a fan of this store.
