Friendly associates and reasonable priced merchandise. Worth the visit

I have so many pairs of timbs including the one I was wearing today. I went in today & at least 3 different employees saw me multiple times and didn’t say a word. The WORST customer I have ever seen!!!! If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Didn’t even bother buying the shoes I wanted. I’ll just take my money somewhere else. I still can’t believe how horrible the customer service was !!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My friend bought a pair of boots but both of them are for right foot and different sizes. 
So we called them and tried to explain it. 
While i was talking to him, he hung up the call. 
Called them for 3 times and the manager didn’t even listen. What a rude guy.

Went in yesterday 12/19 terrible costumer service. I was walking around kept asking an employee about something he would pass me ignoring me.  I grab some boots had to follow him around to ask for a size. As I went to pay the employee had such a terrible attitude got mad when I asked for a gift receipt. For that reason I am returning what I bought. So disappointing
