Stafd was nice...but I had to call twice before they called me to make an appt. Then they gave me wrong address and had wrong appt time...had to reschedule. Then the second appt was cancelled.

Mediocre experience. Doctor didn't strike us as very thorough or caring and seemed to be in a hurry. We won't be coming back.

Dr. Shellenberger recently did a tonsillectomy on our son. He had a great bedside manner and explained everything really well. His staff was extremely helpful as well. Our son did better than expected and we have Dr. Shellenberger to thank for that!!

My low rating regards their billing. It is IMPOSSIBLE to pay an invoice by phone or on their website. Cannot pay by phone because when you press"5" (for billing) the automated voice states 5 is an invalid option. Connecting to the front desk and requesting to be transferred to billing is futile because you will receive a "this inbox is full" notification. Cannot pay online because the webpage requests multiple fields of information NOT FOUND on the invoice. It's been a year since I've had to deal with this. Now a year later, I'm appalled they still have the same issues as before.

This place is a joke I should have seen the red flag when I wait over 20 minutes on hold to make an appt. then I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen then I finally get to my appt & have to wait over 1 hour because you won't be seen at the time of your actual appointment. Finally I get to the back and see the racist doctor and he does absolutely nothing he said he's going to order a cat scan & of course my insurance company denies it because there is absolutely no reason for one he just refused to do anything and was being lazy. It was the biggest waste of time and money! Stay away you have been warned!
