PA Brandt and Esther were very pleasant and did a really good job communicating with my 10 y/o daughter at her appt. today. However Christina at the front desk needs to work on her customer service! Very rude she kept looking at her computer screen and I wasn't sure if she was speaking to someone else or to me and my family. The front desk people should reflect the professionalism and customer service of their physicians. And that was not the case today!!! Recommendations: Esther should have introduced herself to my daughter and her position and explain what to expect during her visit. Front desk: I would like to see better customer service and less rudeness.

Don't waste your time or money on this office as I go referred to this office by my doctor for skin troubles and when I got there I saw a Nurse practitioner instead of the MD and she only looked at my face and told me I have a rash and to take a cream that my insurance did even cover and no replacement, that was not a good exam of my body which skin cancer runs in the family, don't go!

Both Dr Hensley and PA Debbie have been fantastic in caring for my 93 y/o Grandmother. If I had the means I would trust either for cosmetic work.
